Civil Engineer

YOUR NEW EMPLOYER: We are working with a growing, national multi-disciplinary engineering design consultancy who have a need to hire a Civil Engineer for their team in Adelaide. Their Civil team are focused on designs dealing with civil siteworks, road design, stormwater drainage design, public infrastructure and land division designs.
 
YOUR NEXT ROLE:
As the Civil Engineer you will:

• Coordinate civil design mainly relating to urban and civil for commercial property projects, land and subdivisions
• Mentoring junior engineers, designers, and drafters 
• Liaising with clients
• Design reviews, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting
• Deliver a range of projects concurrently from inception through to construction in support of technical and commercial standards, and within time constraints and cost budgets;
• Work in a varied, hands-on role managing design management 
• Mentor the work of junior engineers, 
• Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, 
• Use software such as Civil 3D or 12D for design purposes

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT
To be considered successful you will have proven Australian experience coordinating designs at a Civil Engineering consultancy. You will have full work rights, be driven and have interest in progressing your career towards leadership. You will ideally be familiar with local authorities and state government and have experience with road design, land divisions and civil elements.
