They prioritise community involvement and tackle projects with a hands-on approach. With their expansion, they are now seeking experienced civil supervisors to join their team.
The role

As a Civil Engineer you will play a major part in providing essential support to the managers and the project teams.
Duties include, but not limited to;
- Develop construction methods and carnage requirements for tenders and projects in coordination with the project team members.
- Liaise with the project team to progress methods and resolve issues presented along the process.
- Prepare and review high risk lift plans in close collaboration with the project team
- Oversee and coordinate barge strength and stability assessments required for projects.
- Deliver professional engineering designs, drafting and documentation services to engineering and project teams.
- Be proactive in supporting a safe working environment across all projects and lead by example.
- Maintain an active awareness of risk management issues and practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Previous experience in the construction industry/projects working on road and infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality policies and procedures.
- Advanced computer skills.
