Key Responsibilities
As a Civil Design Engineer or Civil Designer, you'll undertake detailed design, documentation and modelling of major and minor roadworks, local area traffic management, subdivisions, commercial developments & general civil works.

Key Skills & Attributes
For all positions Mid-level (4-8), Senior (8-12), you’ll have;
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Associate Degree for Designers)
- Understanding of Austroads & relevant Australian Standards
- Some experience with either 12D modelling, ACAD, Civil3d
- Design exp in subdivisions, roads, drainage, hydraulics & earthworks
- Impeccable verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills
- Capbability to design and manage projects
- Ability to lead less exp'd engineers and designers
- Ability to engage with & foster strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work autonomously & deliver work on time & budget
