About the role:
This position involves:
- Design & Engineering of Subdivisions / Roads / utilities / land development projects using 12d & AutoCAD
- Design of Civil and Development projects including medium - large scale subdivisions, utilities, roads, sewer and water using 12d.
- Involvement in mentoring / skill sharing with junior staff, you will also be given a pathway to lead / manage your own team
- Project Engineering and feasibilities for Urban Development projects
- Liaision with utility / roads authorities and contractors.
- Deliver and coordinate water and sewer designs in accordance with local standards.
- Prepare relevant servicing and development reports
- Works closely with the other members of the project team and sub-consultants;
- The future of this role will give you the chance to lead a team but also continue building relationships with current and potential clients
- Assisting and mentoring other members of the team.

Skills and experience:
The requirements for an interview here are:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering discipline.
- Ideally 3 years + experience working in a consultancy environment.
- Previous design / software experience using 12d AutoCAD (Drains / Tuflow / Rorb useful but not essential)
- Experience conducting site inspections and feasabilities around land development projects, subdivisions, roads, drainage or wetlands projects.
- Client liaision experience.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
