SalaryMass Resources are seeking dedicated Grader and Water Truck Operators to join our team on an 8/6 or 10/4 roster, exclusively on dayshift. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of our clients operations in civil mining.
Daily duties will include but are not limited to:
- Operate Graders & Water Trucks efficiently and safely
- Pavement work, placing pavements, final trim Grader operations with GPS & UTS systems.
- TMR experience, road building, placing gravel. Watering road & mixing materials.
- Pre starts on plant equipment
- Work collaboratively with other team members and adhere to project timelines and specifications.
- Comply with all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.

To be considered, you will need to have:
- Minimum 12 months experience operating Grader & Roller
- Nationally accredited tickets for any machinery to be operated
- RII for Grader Operations
- RII for Bulk Water Operations
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Current Standard 11
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
- Legal working rights in Australia
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and commitment to safe work practices.
The success of your application depends on your ability to demonstrate experience on the above.
