The State Sales Manager will work closely with the leadership team to design and implement business plans and strategies required to achieve partner growth, sales, and retention. Your strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills will encourage partner and employee engagement for consistent achievement of sales and growth targets.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for achievement of key performance indicators (KPI’s)Responsible for leading business development initiatives and sales plans to drive partner and sales growth to meet sales objectives and KPI’s
Manage operational relationship with RSP’s including onboarding, contractualnegotiations, and project management of key initiatives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external business partners/stakeholders
Co-operate with cross functional leaders within TPG Telecom to increase the value the company delivers to all its customers
Consistently display behaviours that align to TPG’s Telecom corporate values
Set and execute the company’s strategies to drive growth
Knowledge and experience
Strong leadership with proven ability to encourage, motivate and influence positive performance results and behaviours of team members
