In this role, you will be working for our Infrastructure Services business which forms part of the CV group.
The team specialises in electrical infrastructure works and provides a comprehensive range of design, supply and construction services. Our projects include major road and rail infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects, urban developments and subdivisions, and airports and airfields.
We have over 110 team members with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for our wide range of clients.
About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Excavator Operator to join our team based at the Sunshine Coast.
Candidates must be enthusiastic to work on and off the machines.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Excavations
- Electrical Pit and Conduit Installation
- Auger and set Footings
- Ability to Interpret DBYD and Work Safely around Live Services
- Install items as per Drawings and Specifications
- Final trim experience benificial
- Concreting experience benificial
- General labouring
- Other duties as directed by the supervisor
About You
- Excavator license with proven experience
- Experience excavating around services
- Electrical and NBN knowledge
- Any Energex accreditations would be beneficial
- Other tickets preferred – Skid Steer Loader
- MR Licence essential & HR/HC/MC licence Preferred
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Excellent relationship skills and a great team player
- Flexible and easy-going attitude
