Civil Site Supervisor

Sunshine Civil Solutions are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to assist with the delivery of civil infrastructure projects throughout the Sunshine Coast and Noosa area. Preferably we are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience delivering projects for both private and local government clients.

This is a permanent position working on the Sunshine Coast!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and coordination of construction crews including subcontractors, suppliers, plant and equipment  
• Programming of daily works
• Leading the production, support and delivery of projects including site management experience 
• Verification of and recording subcontractor’s work
• Conduct training and inductions on site
• Coordinate incident/emergency and near miss forms and registers being completed when necessary
• Use ITP’s progressively throughout the work process and initiate testing, non-conformance reports where appropriate
• Support and work closely with the PE on cost tracking and project performance
• Ensure that plant, equipment, staff and subcontractors operate within safe working conditions and ensure that all operations meet the environmental, safety and legislative requirements.
• Mentor and be a leader of site management 
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
