Civil Superintendent

The Role We are currently seeking a Civil Superintendent to support civil infrastructure and maintenance projects in Rockingham. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision, including mentoring and direct supervision of works including: Civil concrete construction including formwork, reo, concrete placement, remedial concrete works.

Detailed earthworks including excavation, select fill, stabilised fill, remediation works etc. Drainage / in-ground services Road construction including road base construction, surfacing Specialist subcontractor scopes of work (road surfacing, road marking etc) Implement and maintain traffic control to rural / low volume urban roads Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of civil workers. Inspect work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or to ensure that specifications are met.

Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs. Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities. Order or requisition materials or supplies.
