Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and day to day management of the TSF8 Stage 2 project and deliver the requirements in terms of safety, productivity, plant service delivery and cost.
- Set direction and engage effectively with the project workforce to create a performance culture that delivers positive results
- Lead by example, work, promote and manage in accordance with established work rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities leading to safer work practices and increased efficiencies and lower costs
- Manage rosters to ensure construction requirements are able to be achieved safely and efficiently
- Assist HR Department with recruit of personnel for operations requirements
- Refer-A-Friend program, earn up to $8K per successfully placed referral
