Civil Supervisor - Subdivisions

TEN Recruitment are in partnership with a local civil contractor that have been successfully delivering land development and infrastructure projects for over 40 years. Due to recent tender success the business is now recruiting a Civil Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of subdivision projects throughout Perth and surrounding suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with plenty of projects in the Perth Metropolitan area. The business has a strong pipeline of work affording stability to their staff as well as an excellent company culture.
 
Duties / Responsibilities

• Working closely with clients, subcontractors; leading civils and earthmoving crews.
• Monitor contractual obligations.
• Liaise with the Project Management team ensuring technical support and information is provided to meet the production schedule.
• Ensure sub-contractors manage their scope of works according to the construction program.
• Ensure site health and safety guidelines are followed.

Candidate criteria

• Previous Australian experience working on land development and infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record working as a Civil Supervisor.
• Familiarity with civil engineering design and construction practices, particularly in the context of land development and infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• MUST HAVE AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS (International candidates will not be considered)

 
On offer

• $140,000 to $160,000 base salary plus super (dependent on candidate experience).
• Fully expensed company vehicle.
• Strong pipeline of work in the Perth metropolitan area.
