This role is part of our specialised Contents Insurance team where we focus on providing empathetic support and understanding during our customers' most challenging times. We are seeking someone who is naturally empathetic, finds joy and pride in making a genuine difference in the preservation and restoration of valued contents, right from the moment they start work each day.
What you'll do:
- Provide support and guidance for customers facing damage to personal property and household contents.
- Help manage claims as a team of new and existing claims customers
- Liaise with industry leading external contents vendors and restorers
- Educate customers on their policy entitlements and take them through the claims repair & replacement process where required.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for helping people and making a difference.
- Previous customer service experience and a high level of computer literacy.
- High levels of self-motivation and a desire to contribute to a team environment.
- The ability to work from home - with an ergonomic setup, phone line, internet connection, computer/laptop, dual monitors, webcam, mouse, and a quiet workspace.
- Full Time Hours: 12-month contract with full-time hours from Monday to Friday.
- Salary: $56,500 + 11% superannuation
- Milestone Payment: We will be offering milestone payments at 6 months & 12 months

These roles 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday for a period of 12 months. You will undergo 5 weeks comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Following training, we operate a hybrid working model which allows you to find a balance between working from home and working from the office, while delivering your best work.
To successfully work from home, you must have the following:
- Home phone line or VOIP connection
- Internet connection
- Dual screens, mouse and webcam
- Ergonomic set up with desk and chair in a quiet, private space
- Anti-Virus Software
