As a Property Claims Specialist your duties will include, but are not be limited to:
- Managing a caseload of strata property claims linked to the recent flooding events
- Coordinating between various stakeholders across owners, strata management, committee, tradesmen and brokers
- Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally
- Follow company processes and procedures
- Location: Sydney CBD (3 days work from home)
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Salary: $90,000 Plus Super
To be successful in this role you will offer:
- Experience in strata or commercial property claims is desirable
- Strong team player who enjoys working with people who care about what they do and each other
