Claims Advisor - Sme (Workers Compensation)

Your new role 

Working as a Claims Advisor you will be; 

• Handling end to end claims from an SME client base.
• Liaising with Internal & External stakeholders to investigate claims, i.e. - Brokers, Solicitors, Claimants 
• Liaising with government agencies 
• Determining what information is needed to initiate claim
• Assisting claimants to recovery 
• Providing updates on claims progress

What you'll need to succeed 

To be successful as a Claims Officer, you will have; 

• At least 6 – 12 months within workers' compensation claims or any allied health experience 
• Competency in Excel and Microsoft Office products is essential.
• Have knowledge of Insurance legislation and statutory framework
• Proven high level communication and interpersonal skills
