Job Overview
As the Travel Claims Consultant you will join a dynamic; high performing and growing team. The role will see you be responsible for end-to-end claims management and client management. You will gain exposure in major loss claims and disputes resolution.
You will be mentored and trained in managing the claims assessments, email correspondence and systems. You will gain exposure in dealing with clients, fraud and quality assurance. You will make outbound calls as there are limited inbound calls due to innovative tech platforms.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of Travel claims end-to-end
- Advising on coverage and interpreting policy wordings
- Provide an efficient and transparent claims service
- Deliver a highly empathetic customer service experience
- Communicate claims outcomes to customers
Candidate Profile
- Experience in managing a portoflio of claims (travel or any general insurance product)
- Exceptional customer service in an office environment
- Comfortable working with multiple systems at once and coordinating between them
- Initiative and drive to do the best by your customer
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage time effectively
