About the Role

As a HomeAssessor at Youi, you will oversee home and building claims by applying your technical expertise and a deep understanding of the claims procedure to determine the most favourable outcomes for our customers. You will also cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both our customers and the repairer network, all while upholding a high standard of customer service to represent the Youi brand.

Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of homes and buildings.
  • Supervising the overall quality of the claims process.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Detecting and mitigating instances of fraud.
  • Attaining rapid resolution times and managing costs efficiently.
  • Serving as the primary face of our company and consistently delivering exceptional service.

About You

We are seeking a motivated individual who can thrive in various work settings, including both independent and team-oriented environments.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency and insight into the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with the terminology and procedures associated with claims and building.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • A strong determination to excel and advance within the Assessing Team and the broader organisation.
