About Our Client
Storm Season has arrived in Queensland, and the State is gearing up for the impending wild weather. We aim to connect with individuals in South-East Queensland with contact centre experience who are intrigued by the prospect of supporting their state in the event of a catastrophic weather incident this summer.
Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Providing professional and efficient customer service in conjunction with accurate information to customers (including third parties).
• Ensuring customer complaints are resolved professionally, courteously and efficiently.
• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships and trust with customers, particularly with high-level contact and co-operation with claimants and their legal representatives.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Assess and process claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

• Previous contact centre / admin experience
• A passion for making a positive impact and supporting the community during challenging times
• Committed and Reliable
• Open to learning and training
• Abiliy to work autonomously

• Weekly pay $34.58
• WFH flexibility after month training on site ( must be able to do the full months training in office)
• Supportive team
