About Our Client
Storm Season has arrived in Queensland, and the State is gearing up for the impending wild weather. We aim to connect with individuals in South-East Queensland with contact centre experience who are intrigued by the prospect of supporting their state in the event of a catastrophic weather incident this summer.
Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Providing professional and efficient customer service in conjunction with accurate information to customers (including third parties).
Ensuring customer complaints are resolved professionally, courteously and efficiently.
Building and maintaining sustainable relationships and trust with customers, particularly with high-level contact and co-operation with claimants and their legal representatives.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
Assess and process claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures and regulations.

Previous contact centre / admin experience
