This role is a short-term contract opportunity.Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with the management of a portfolio of cases and claims.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Implement claims management strategies that are outcomes focused.
- Conduct a range of administrative duties relating to your caseload.
To be successful in this position, you will have strong customer service and administration experience ideally within a call centre. You will pride yourself on your strong communication skills and thrive in fast-paced, customer centric environments. You will also show a high level of empathy and resilience whilst having exceptional listening and rapport-building skills. Prior claims experience would be highly advantageous.
