About the Role...
The City of Playford has an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Contact Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract!
As a Customer Contact Officer at Playford, you will deliver high quality customer service as the first point of resolution to approximately 40 teams within Council, to assist the organisation to focus on core business objectives.
This is a great opportunity to collaborate across many of the City of Playford teams to efficiently connect our customers with key Departments and information, ensuring high quality, efficient and prompt customer service is provided. The positions work as part of a dynamic team environment where you feel supported and empowered.
Our core business hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday and work will be rostered across our Elizabeth (Civic Centre) and Davoren Park (Playford Operations Centre) locations.
About You...
You possess a demonstrated passion and commitment for delivering positive outcomes for the community and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your exceptional interpersonal communication skills enable your ability to relate to people and effectively problem solve.
You enjoy working in team environments where you can bring your adult self to work each day and collaborate on day-to-day activities and new initiatives. You will also possess excellent skills in MS programs, computer systems and databases, with ability to work across multiple platforms at any given time.
Successful applicants will have a current drivers licence and experience in Customer Service, Administration and/or related field.
