As a Claims & Insurance Officer you duties may include -
- Managing all claims, across a variety of commercial insurance products.
- Assisting with renewals, endorsements and policy alterations.
- Managing client files and general policy maintenance.
- Liaising with policy holders and insurers over the phone and in writing.
- Providing administrative support to the brokers.
- Experience in insurance claims, customer service or underwriting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
