Our client is a reputable and growing Australian icon in the FMCG sector who recently went through a very exciting merger that will take this business to the next level. While being a leader within the industry, our client is heavily focused on sustainability and reducing their carbon footprint.
This role will be a part of a large claims team and broader shared service function. This is a perfect role for a credit/AR/claims professional to join a high volume and fast paced environment.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Claims Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional enquiries
- Ensure Rejected claims are notified to customers in timely manner
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any claims issues
- Review weekly Claims report for accuracy and workflow management
- Pro-active approach to problem solving on claims
- Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes
- Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- 1+ years Credit/AR/Claims experience in a high volume and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and stake management skills
- Experience with SAP or large ERP's will be highly regarded.
