The Role
We’re currently recruiting a Claims Officer to join our friendly and supportive team, managing a high volume of financial data entry tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Claims Team Leader for Non-Grocery/ Local Trade, your main responsibility will be to deliver efficient and accurate processing and governance of customer claims information.
This position has work-from-home for three days and Docklands 3008 office for two days, mixed with the entire team getting together on Wednesdays and Thursdays in the office.
Responsibilities
- Management of Customer claims and deductions
- Validation of customer claims requests
- Ensure the process is followed and data is accurate.
- Ensure processing of claims tasks meets our Service Level Agreement
- Manage stakeholder inquiries.
About you
- Experience in data entry and passion for accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large-value accounts.
- A commitment to timely customer service and payment processing
- Experience with SAP, ECC, and /or CRM7 software is advantageous.
- Ability to add value and input to continuous improvement projects.
