Role Overview: As a Claims Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in processing claims efficiently and accurately within our BPM system. Your responsibilities will include validating data, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards, and collaborating closely with sales and client services teams to facilitate timely claims management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims utilizing our BPM system, providing scan data as proof to verify retailer claims.
- Maintain the Pending Claims File, collaborating with sales and client services teams to ensure prompt claims payment and management.
- Deliver weekly updates to the sales team regarding outstanding claims, ensuring all claims are addressed promptly.
Specific Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in data administration, including data entry and validation.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: Immediate
- End Date: Approximately 6 months, with potential for extension based on business needs.
