AddressOur client, a successful Broker Centric Underwriting Agency are currently looking for a Claims Strategy & Operations Manager. This will be a varied role involving the Claims Operations, People and Strategic Leadership, Portfolio management, and Business Process Improvement.
You will set Claims strategies, review claims processes, and develop plans for improvements. As a senior member of the team, you will provide input to Business Planning, and development strategies, and assist in managing external stakeholder relationships.
Suitable candidates will have a strong claims management background, with significant experience across commercial lines of insurance. You will have proven leadership skills, be able to drive change, undertake strategic analysis and project management.
