Motor Claims Service Consultant | Multiple locations | Part-Time position

Adelaide/Brisbane/Melbourne: In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to work 4 days a week, 5 hours a day with start times from 1 - 2 pm.
Perth: In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to work 4 days a week, 5 hours a day with start times from 12 - 1 pm.
You'll be responsible for

  • Providing superior customer service to Motor claimants in a timely manner
  • Managing the operational processing of Motor claims and ensuring all parties are informed through-out the process
  • Handling motor claim lodgement calls, while adopting a one touch approach to drive claims momentum through to closure
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customers
  • Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues
About you
  • Experience in a customer service, contact- centre or sales role
  • Experience showcasing resilience and empathy in dealing with complex situations and clients under distress
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
