Claims Support Officer - Charlestown, NSW

You'll be responsible for

  • Offer administrative support to ensure the assigned team meets KPI targets.
  • Ensure timely completion of allocated tasks in accordance with agreed-upon timeframes and standards.
  • Maintain high-quality work standards with minimal errors, addressing potential errors as part of daily tasks and communicating them appropriately.
  • Adhere to NSW Motor Accident Guidelines and Allianz compliance standards
  • Assist Allianz NSW claims team across Sydney and Newcastle by handling calls, providing support to customers and external stakeholders as well as our Case Managers.
  • Recognize the diverse range of customers associated with NSW CTP Claims, actively cultivate customer relationships by understanding their needs, anticipating and offering solutions, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

About you

  • Experience providing team administration support.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
  • High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies with information
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, organize tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Ability to manage internal client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt within accordance with an agreed timeline and scope
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarify, impact and influence.
