The Role

Are you passionate about all things Beauty and enthusiastic within the Beauty Retail space? 

We are growing and are seeking a passionate Counter Manager to work in our National Pharmacies Norwood Counter!

This is a part-time position, approximately 30-35 hours per week.

We want to hear from people who are passionate about makeup and beauty services and working within a luxury environment. We are looking for people who know how to provide exceptional customer service, build a regular clientele whilst being a Clarin's brand ambassador.

*Weekend availability is a must

You Have

• Previous people management experience within a similar retail environment is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results, work towards KPIs and provide excellent customer service
• Experience and passion for Prestige Beauty, skincare and makeup
• Ability to use technology for data entry, analysis, communication and training
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• High attention to detail 
• Qualification in Beauty Therapy or Makeup Artistry is highly regarded
