Form of workA1 Sun Up Property Maintenance Pty Ltd is a family operated business working with strata properties across Sydney. We provide a high quality cleaning and maintenance services to strata buildings. We have been operating for over 35 years.
Being part of a small team to complete strata common area cleaning across multiple sites - please note that this is not domestic cleaning and does not involve cleaning inside people's houses.
Your duties would include all aspects of external and internal cleaning, bin management, but not limited too.
Strata Cleaning consisting of :
- vacuuming and mopping stairwells
- wipe clean handrails, window sills, letterboxes
- washing garbage bins, putting out and returning garbage bins after collections
- glass cleaning of entrance doors
- cleaning lifts
- remove cobwebs
- water pressure cleaning of outdoor areas'
- blowing hard surfaces of leaves and removing
- raking up leaves and debris
We require a person that has -
- has a detailed eye for cleaning
- ability to work unsupervised within the strata building we service
- polite, reliable and able to engage in a friendly manner with residents in the buildings we service
- driver's license to be able to drive company vehicle for working days
- Start time 6.15am from Glenwood (Blacktown Council area)
Casual employment 5 days a week.
