We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Services Project Manager who will be responsible for the mobilisation and transition of cleaning and waste services to the New Critical Services Building.
Under the direction of the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of cleaning and waste services to New Services Building on an ongoing basis.
Here is a snapshot of your day:
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in relation to transition activities relating to Critical Services Building.
- Prepare logistic schedules for cleaning and waste service lines ensuring all areas of the building are covered.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
- Work in a manner that ensures personal safety and the safety of others in the work environment.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections and liaise with clients and management regarding continuous improvement.
What will you possess to be successful:
- Supervisory experience ideally within a Healthcare industry
- Thorough understanding and commitment to cleaning and infection control requirements in a hospital environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates empathy and respect for team members.
- Demonstrates strong customers focus and results orientation.
- Computer literacy – basic level competency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work with our task management system Concept Evolution
- Demonstrates pride, purpose, and a sense of urgency.
COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required. As a service provider, ISS must comply with all public health directives and client requirements. Medical exemptions will apply.
