As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will provide day to day supervision for a team of cleaners on a specific client site. As our person on the ground, you will be responsible for training, monitoring and QA, remediation and site safety, to ensure delivery of high quality cleaning services to a designated client in line with the contract for services.

Pay rates are in line with the Cleaning Services Award 2020.
How you'll contribute
This is a very hands-on role, working closely with a team to ensure services are completed effectively and efficiently.
Key duties include:
- General cleaning duties
- Safe use of site specific specialist equipment
- Monitoring consumable stock levels and equipment
- Reporting maintenance and other concerns
- Conducting regular team safety meetings and inspections
- Maintaining WHS
- Ensuring all employees work to required standards
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients
Shift days are normally Friday to Tuesday but may vary depending on site requirements. Hours of work are 6am to 2pm each day.
Do you have…
- Background in commercial cleaning
- Experience in a similar role
- Great communication & stakeholder management experience
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Good knowledge of OHS practices
