About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Cleaning/Maintenance Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across approximately 80 properties. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a knack for organisation and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management:
Conduct regular stock takes, manage the ordering and management of linen and supplies to ensure all properties are well-stocked and presentable.
- Scheduling:
Efficiently schedule cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring all properties are serviced on time and to the highest standards.
- Quality Control:
Oversee and monitor the cleaning and maintenance services provided, ensuring they meet our high standards. Address any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Emergency Assistance:
Provide on-the-ground support including emergency assistance, delivering essential items, collecting keys, and more.
- Departure cleaning and Deep Cleaning:
Organise and participate in Departure and Deep cleaning activities to maintain properties in peak condition.
- Property Inspections:
Provide detailed property inspection and onboarding reports, providing detailed feedback to the team.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, resolving issues swiftly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements
- Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Experience in holiday rental cleaning or a similar field
- Familiarity with cleaning software
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Completion of a police check
