What you’ll need to be considered
As part of the role, you will ensure that a high standard of cleaning is always carried out and oversee the site on a day-to-day basis to ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget. You will be responsible for the cleaning team maintaining regular contact, conducting regular audits, and inspections as well as liaising with clients and keep them updated regularly on the progress.
- 1+ years in a similar role (preferably in cleaning service industry)
- Awareness of health and safety legislation and ensuring health and safety guidelines are always met.
- Plan, develop, implement, monitor and review systems, policies, procedures and programs.
- Effective communication skills.
- Superior standard of interpersonal skills.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Ability to talk and relate to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to meet clients’ needs and expectations at all times and to exceed those expectations at every opportunity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively, prioritise and work under pressure without supervision.
- Effective time management and consistent high-quality service delivery in a busy and complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and co-ordinate workload and be able to meet competing deadlines.
- High level of organisational skills.
- Manage staff levels to maintain safety and smooth running of the site
