Here's what you’ll be up to:
- Efficiently manage cleaning operations across a portfolio of luxury properties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.
- Establish and manage cleaning schedules, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaning staff, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Cultivate strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, enhancing the community atmosphere.
- Manage weekend operations as required, ensuring availability for urgent cleaning needs.
What you need to bring:
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and residents.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
- Adaptability to meet the changing needs of the property environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, chemicals, and equipment.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
- Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry is highly desirable.
