We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Mosman, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the cleaning operations to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership: Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Operational Management: Plan and organize cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Monitor and manage the cleaning budget effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards meet or exceed client expectations. Implement corrective actions as needed.
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or special requirements promptly.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce safe work practices.
- Inventory Management: Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage, usage, and replenishment as needed.
- Reporting: Generate and submit regular reports on cleaning activities, performance metrics, and any incidents or issues.
Qualifications:
- Australian Citizenship: Candidates must be Australian Citizens.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and management effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleaning standards are consistently met.
- Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of cleaning staff.
