This is initially a casual position with the possibility of becoming permanent. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not essential, we value excellent communication, problem-solving abilities and strong leadership skills.
Location: Kalgoorlie town centre and KCGM
Pay rate: From $32.73 per hour + penalties and 11% Super
Shift times: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 - flexible start and finish time
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assist with on-the-job training and coordinate the work of Level 1 Cleaners.
Be responsible for providing the manager with a weekly report on site operations, this includes collecting and receiving rosters and timesheets within designated deadlines.
Your cleaning duties will encompass a range of tasks, ensuring cleanliness in various areas such as toilets, crib rooms, and offices.

To qualify as the ideal candidate, you must possess a full driver's license, be physically fit, and committed to a long-term work engagement. All applicants are required to provide a recent National Police Check and pass a Medical and a Drug and Alcohol test.
