Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' spaces are impeccably clean and presentable located in Rosebud, Victoria. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate cleaning team members to achieve high performance and quality standards.
• Inspect facilities regularly to ensure they meet hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are adequately covered.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints from clients.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for cleaning staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with management to implement improvements in cleaning processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
