Supervisor - Cleaning

• Casual – 20 – 30 hours per week (Perth based)

Primary responsibilities

• Liaise with and conduct on site audits with clients across all sites.
• Assist in the quoting and scoping or potential new work sites.
• Timesheet management of staff
• Schedule for staff
• On site 1 on1 training/development of staff. Ensuring compliance with Yurra policies, iAuditor software, etc.
• Step in for coverage when required.
• Ordering of consumables and supplying them to sites
• Ensuring all consumables are fit for purpose and updated SDS are available on site.
• Ensuring PPE, etc is accessible and supplied to staff.
• Conducting staff reviews with assistance from manager

Essentials:

• Driver’s license (essential).
• Willingness to travel
• Employee supervisory experience
• Experience leading a team.
• Good communication skills - written and verbal
• Practical experience and/or knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Practical experience and/or knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials used.
• Demonstrated previous experience in the cleaning field.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible attitude.
