Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a full time Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a challenging, fun and rewarding role for anyone who has a strong desire to help people.  It is essential YOU MUST HAVE a current drivers licence, the right to work in Australia, and a federal police clearance. 

Our company provides services to the insurance industry for incidents across the metro area, both residential and commericial, that have been caused by either water ( storm and flood ) damage, fire damage, mould damage, malicious and criminal damage, and many others.  

The role will include undertaking activities to complete general dust cleans through to builders cleans from minor or major building works, small to large vacate cleans, cleaning and restoring of contents on and off site, photograph and inventory list of affected contents, professional packing and reinstatement of contents, structural cleaning to premises ( walls, ceilings, cornices, cabinetry and other fixtures and fittings ), specialised cleaning requests, and many many other tasks.

• Good communication skills with customers, staff, and other stakeholders;
• Enthusiastic, positive, willing to learn, and a team attitude;
• Following written standard procedures;
• Daily completion of our app to record travel, check in and out times, and time sheets, vehicle records and other necessary paperwork;
• Update our app with forms, work undertaken, details to complete and make recommendations for our customers;
• Can work independently and to time frames;
• Presentable, professional and well groomed;
• Maintain clean vehicle, a clean and safe work site.

Any experience with within the restoration industry is well regarded.  Job specific training requirements for the role will be provided both internally and via external courses.  All job required tools and equipment, plus PPE will be provided by the employer.
