This is primarily a work-from-home role. Our office is located in Coffs Harbour, NSW and you will be expected to attend our office for company events or client sites in the Coffs Coast region for critical client meetings. Note that the majority of client contact can be done electronically.
About the role:
In the role of Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, developing strong relationships to anticipate and support their needs.
No two days in this role are the same as you will work flexibly to meet business and client needs. Your primary focus will be to:
- Grow client relationships through developing a detailed understanding of the client’s business;
- Ensure products and services suit the client, enabling technology as a key value-driver for their business;
- Liaise with our internal team to ensure positive outcomes for clients;
- Develop complex proposals that enhance the client’s long term business strategy; and
- Generate and follow up leads with prospective clients.
About you:
Whilst this is not a technical position, you will need to have a keen awareness of ICT and strong business acumen to bridge the gap between clients and our technicians. You will be able to communicate the vision of how our technical solutions will solve the client’s needs.

- B2B account management history and the results to back it;
- Genuine people skills who is motivated by helping clients succeed;
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
- A professional presence who can represent our brand;
