Our clients currently have a few other CSOs who you will train, oversee and mentor.
We are also recruiting a second opportunity for an experienced paraplanner. Our clients currently experiencing exponential growth and open to paraplanners with 12+ months experience.
The Role:
- Timely and accurate implementation of all advice documents
- Data entry into XPLAN ensuring client records are up to date
- Manage planner's diary, book appointments and preparing for meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with fund managers and life companies
- Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring client queries are answered
- Processing new client packs including conducting analysis on client’s superannuation/investments
- Detailed understanding of client portfolio to deliver a detailed response
- Prepare all advice documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and relevant paperwork
- Complete adhoc tasks and work on best practice strategies
- Must have experience in the Financial Planning Industry
- At least 3+ years experience supporting financial advisers
- Experience with Financial Planning software; AdviserLogic highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Paraplanners with 12 months experience open to applying for paraplanner position
