- Champion Client Service Excellence: Ensure adherence to the Client Service principles, overseeing call centre operations to meet performance targets and maximize client interactions.
- Client Engagement: Support key client groups across whole of business, drive service improvements to enhance business efficiencies and client outcomes.
- Feedback and Strategy: Manage client feedback and develop engagement strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders, maintaining service standards across the business.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead major strategic business initiatives and mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performing culture and promote a harmonious working environment.
- Service Journey Enhancement: Review current processes and make recommendations to enhance efficiencies and best service journey.
- Change Management: Implement and manage changes to improve Client Service and operational efficiency.
- Experience in running large and diverse teams.
- Significant experience in a service-focused industry with a strong customer focus and a genuine care for clients.
- Expertise in designing and executing Client Service programs.
- Strong data acumen and highly developed analytical skills.
- Ability to drive strategic thinking and translate it into actionable plans.
- Outstanding skills in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in reviewing and recommending enhancements for service efficiency and journey.
- Previous experience in managing change effectively.
