AddressWe are an exciting company, currently going through huge growth, and searching for a new team member to join our firm with the right attitude, and passion to drive success in the role of ‘Client Relationship Manager’ in our boutique Financial Planning firm in Adelaide Street, Brisbane.
The role will encompass a number of compliance based tasks, working closely with two Financial Advisers, and to be very process & system orientated to ensure a smooth transition to meet client expectations.
The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, communication and phone manner with good energy, a positive attitude, and a passionate outlook. Experience in the Financial Planning industry working with superannuation and insurance is required, ideally with knowledge of xplan.
This is a full time position based in our Brisbane city office. Hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for assisting the Advisers with the front end of the advice process, managing Advisers workflow and will need to have a focus on attention to detail, timelines, and creating relationships with clients. The main duties include;
- Diary management
- Daily meetings with Advisers to assist where needed
- Ensuring file notes are completed & compliant
- Working with the Adviser on Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) documents and preparation of research for Statement of Advice recommendations for paraplanning to prepare the SOA
- Submitting the SOA request to paraplanning & monitoring completion of SOA
- Scheduling SOA presentation appointments with clients
- Reviewing completed SOA from paraplanning & providing feedback to Adviser
- Preparing the Statement of Advice for the Adviser including sending to client
- Preparation of forms & applications
- Managing all Adviser work in progress workflow
The Client Relationship Manager will join a fun boutique team, reporting to the Practice Manager, and working closely with the Paraplanners, the Advice Implementation Specialist and Client Service Officers.
