Client Administrative Officer

The CompanyOur client is a large not for profit company based in Wollongong who focuses on supporting individuals, families, and communities across Australia. They are seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator or Finance Administrator to join the team on an initial 4-6 month contract with permanency down the line for the right candidate.

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of payments and transactions
• Reconcile inhouse customer/client records against that summited to government.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Conduct investigative calls in an ethical manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client queries and disputes.
• Manage and implement payment plans.
• Prepare reports on debtor status and assist in developing strategies to minimize outstanding debts
• Provide administrative support to the debtor management team as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, finance and NFP industry highly regarded
• Confident with excel functions
• Clear communication skills and the ability to empathetically manage clients.
• Outgoing and hardworking attitude, plenty of potential for career progression down the line.
