Junior Pa/Office Assistant - Performing Arts

Work behind the scenes of the entertainment industry supporting a busy & committed team. This exciting opportunity needs a reliable, energetic, and highly organised person to become the backbone of the operation.
We're on the lookout for an experienced individual with a minimum of 12 months in office admin who can expertly navigate responsibilities and handle competing tasks with ease.What You’ll Do:

• Office Admin: Manage day-to-day office tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly from answering calls to ordering supplies.
• Scheduling: Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and organise meetings and arrange travel
• Communication: Answer calls and deal with enquiries and act as the point of contact for the internal team and for guests.
• Database / Tech Management: Quickly learn and maintain the database and manage the social media and website updates
• Support: Assist with various administrative duties to support the team such as filing & data-entry.

What experience do you need:· Experience in office admin (Min 1-2 years)
· BA Arts or similar qualifications with a passion for the Arts industry
· Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
· A friendly and professional disposition
· Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
· Proficient and experienced in MS Office
· Ability to quickly learn systems
· High level of accuracy with a good eye for detailInterested?
