We're Looking For:

An approachable and confident Client Advisor with a proven track record in sales or business development. You will play a pivotal role in educating company-supplied warm prospects about property strategies with a view to engaging our services, focusing solely on client acquisition for our buyer's agency service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven sales or business development experience in a client-facing role, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in real estate and a deep understanding of the Perth property market and property investment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients, from CEOs to Mums & Dads.
• A well-presented, highly professional demeanor, coupled with a natural talent for building rapport and understanding customer needs.
• Tenacity, drive, and a results-focused attitude, with a love for constant interaction with clients through phone or face-to-face meetings.
• A Bachelor’s degree and/or a WA real estate sales registration or license is highly valued but not essential for candidates with equivalent professional experience.

• Educate and inform clients on strategies for home and investment buying.
• Conduct consultations with company-generated prospects to deeply understand their goals, preferences, and constraints.
• Engage and nurture prospects to sign up for our buyer’s agency services.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and referrers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
