Michael Hill is launching our brand-new, premium flagship store in Chadstone, and we are seeking exceptional individuals to become integral members of our team. As a Client Advisor (internally you will be known as a Sales Professional) for our largest and most luxurious store to date, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our valued customers.

• Proven ability to deliver results in a sales-driven and highly measured environment, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Showcase a commitment to personalised luxury service, excelling in surpassing client expectations and cultivating long-lasting relationships tailored to each individual's needs.

• Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly desirable, as it allows you to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base and enhance their shopping experience.

Working the below roster, you will be enthusiastic and eager to showcase and sell the Michael Hill story through our beautifully crafted product.

Part-Time Client Advisor (31 hours)

Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM
Tuesday-Thursday: 3 consecutive days off
Friday: 2:00 - 9:15 PM
Saturday: 12:00 - 9:15 PM
Sunday: 12:00 - 7:15 PM
