About the Role:
As a Client Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience at our clinic is exceptional from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building rapport with patients and providing top-notch customer service.
- Assisting with bookings, consultations, and front desk operations.
- Conducting initial hearing checks and supporting Hearing Care Professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with store administration guidelines.
- Managing sales stock levels and post-sales services.
- Overseeing clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.
We're searching for someone with:
- Previous sales and clienteling experience, with a track record of meeting targets.
- A customer-centric approach and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support team members.
