Phone Support and Client Care
Part-Time role - 35 hours per week
Sunday to Thursday roster - Equivalent to Full-time wages
Mon to Thur 8:00 - 4:00 pm and Sun 8:00 - 1:00 pm
Our Client Care team is growing and we are currently looking for a dedicated, compassionate animal lover looking to fulfil our clients’ needs in pet aftercare support to our clients.
This is an administrative customer service role handling incoming / outgoing calls, emails and live chat in a detail focused, fast-paced environment.
You will also be required to assist incoming clients to our office, receive pets, attend viewings and display products.
About the role:
As the first point of contact, we require a high standard of personal presentation and an understanding and empathetic manner.
- Join a dedicated team of like-minded people with a genuine love and respect for animals
- Coordinate and schedule pet aftercare bookings with both the public and vet clinics
- Assist clients who bring their pets to our office
- Prepare our viewing facilities for client visits
- Work closely with our Preparation, Crematorium and Area Manager teams to ensure we deliver on our promises, every time, every day
- Carry out accurate data entry and payment processing tasks
- Undertake general office administration duties as required
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have an empathetic, caring and professional manner
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Be a supportive and positive team member with a "can do" attitude
- Be reliable, organised and flexible to meet the changing needs of the business
- Have intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is essential)
- Have the desire and ability to learn new skills and absorb knowledge quickly
- Be physically fit as this role will require handling pets from time to time
