We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator for our Health Division! This is an onsite, part-time position requiring office presence three days a week. You will manage relationships with our aged care clients and ensure our workforce meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage client relationships for Aktrapid.
- Conduct on-site audits of Aktrapid's staff.
- Address and resolve client complaints effectively.
- Assist the allocations team in staff rostering.
- Coordinate and manage lifestyle events at Aged Care Clients Facilities.
Requirements:
- Nursing background highly recognised!
- Proficient in client service and relationship management.
- Possess an bubbly and outgoing personality.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and strategic thinking.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable with daily travel to client sites.
